Dear all,

It is with great sadness that we have to inform you of the passing of our school caretaker, Mr. Kevin Jones. 

Mr. Jones was a dedicated member of our Halfway School family for many years.  His caring nature towards all he met had a great impact on our school community.  Kevin worked hard to make the school a safe and welcoming place for all of us.  He was always available to sort out any problems, with a cheeky grin and stick in hand, even in the middle of the night when the alarms went off.  We all have cherished memories of him.

Halfway School would like to pay our respects to Mr. Jones’ family and friends at this incredibly sad time.  Our thoughts are with you all, especially Linda and Emma.  We will miss Kevin dearly.
