At Halfway Primary School, we are piloting the ‘Wales Restorative Approaches Partnership’. This approach will help build, maintain and repair relationships between pupils.

We hope to achieve this through the 5 step question approach:

1. What happened?
2. What were you thinking and how were you feeling?
3. Who else has been affected? and how?
4. What are your needs and strengths?
5. What do you want to happen now in order to move forward?
