PARENT GOVERNOR APPLICATIONS

 

Dear Parent / Carer,

Applications are invited for Parent Governor from parents with a child/children registered at the school in order to fill 2 vacancies on the Governing Body.

 

In the event of the receipt of more than 2 applications, an election will be conducted during the term involving parents of pupils registered at the school.

 

Application papers, together with the limitation provisions on people’s eligibility to be governors, are attached and should be returned to governance@carmarthenshire.gov.uk by 10 a.m. on Friday, 22 September 2023.

 

Alternatively, nomination forms can be collected from the school office, and returned to the school office by 9am on Friday 22 September 2023.

 

The successful Parent Governors will serve for a period of 4 years and will NOT be required to cease to hold office when his/her children leave the school.

Neu gellir casglu ffurflenni enwebu o swyddfa'r ysgol, a dychwelodd i swyddfa'r ysgol erbyn 9yb Dydd Gwener 22 Medi 2023.

 

Bydd y rhiant-lywodraethwyr llwyddiannus yn gwasanaethu am gyfnod o 4 blynedd ac NI fydd rhaid iddo/iddi ymddiswyddo os bydd ei p(h)lentyn/p(h)lant yn gadael yr ysgol.
